LAW241 student-warriors donated blood to help those in our community. They deserve our many thanks!

Fiat Lux!

 

Some LAW241 students volunteered to donate blood for the recent Blood Drive, and grateful faculty provided extra class credit for this effort and generous gift.

 

AU accounting students today visited The Bonadilo Group in Buffalo at their open house.  The students toured the facilities, spoke to staff, and heard the opportunities the firm had to offer.

With offices in New York State and Vermont, The Bonadio Group provides a complete range of financial and consulting services — from auditing and tax, to multidimensional accounting, business advisory, and financial services.

 

I want to thank the students of Law241 and their friends who served the community by donating their blood (or convinced others to do so), and/or registered as a possible bone marrow donor.

Jill Crandall of the Career Development Center spoke to the class about career and internship resources available to students, and resume / internet best practices.

Jill is the Assistant Director in the Career Development Center, a general career counselor, and also manages Alfred University’s internship and co-op programs for credit.
