Mr. Bill Rice spoke on the topic of contracts, and their negotiation in an international context. He also shared his perspective on having a successful business career.
William J. Rice ‘78 earned a B.S. in ceramic engineering and was a member of the St. Pat’s Board. Bill retired as vice president of mining for Alcoa Inc., the world’s leading producer and manager of primary aluminum, fabricated aluminum and alumina facilities. Since retiring, he has served as a management lecturer for the University of Tennessee, as is the current GM for Borla Performance Industries. He is also the President and CEO of CerX LLC, a manufacturer of ceramic filtration systems.
